The Vox VT50 and VT30
One of our favorite electric guitar amps is the Vox Valvetronix VT50. This guitar amp is loaded with great feature and has an incredible sound. NO ADSENSE ACCOUNT SELECTED FOR The Vox Valvetronix is a 50 watt guitar amp with a 12 inch Vox original
speaker. The Valvetronix amp uses a 12AX7 miniature triode to mimic the unique sound of a tube amp. The VT50 has
22 amp models. Some of these amp models include Deluxe Tweed, Cali Metal, AC15, US '90s and many more. There are
12 incredible sounding effects like reverb, flanger, chorus and so on. There is three banks tone section a basic
bank for normal amp selection, effects bank for effects selections and a song bank that is designed to give your
amp and guitar the sound of some of your favorite players in some of your favorite songs. The VT50
has 22 of these preset songs. There is a power level control on this amp. The power control allows you to
adjust the wattage of the amp so you can get that sweet sound you get when your amp is turned up to full volume.
So you just leave your amp on 10 and adjust the power level control.
GOOGLE ADSENSE One of the few things we don’t like about this amp is that the effects cannot be altered when in preset mode. The other draw back on this guitar amp is the power level control is on the back of the amp. We feel it should much more accessible and even more then that there should be a passive type foot pedal that can be used to adjust the amp’s power level. Given a choice the later would be the best option. These rather petite issues aside this guitar amp is a flat out winner. This amp is in our opinion is the number one by a long shot best modeling amp on the market! The sound on this amp is incredible there is options to practice in quiet if there is a need or crank it up and tear down the walls. This guitar amp is great for everyone at every level. The price for what you get in this amp is a great deal. There is very little negative we can say about this. If you are in the market for a new guitar amp and you are unsure what to buy then let me tell you buy this. If you want a little bit smaller then simply go with the VT30. This amp as every thing the VT50 has except it is a 30 watt amp with a 10" speaker.
